Subject: It's gonna be alright!
Sure, is! The inspiration is flowing, the firelight isn't just aglow but blazin' saddles. This show came as a surprise with so few reviews here. It's one good vibe after another; smooth yet charged with electricity at the same time. Another thank you to the Grateful Dead Listening Guide for revealing the music once again although I'm surprised the guide didn't really go into second set with the sweet drums/space and a whole lot more....Enjoy!

This show was probably the second best performance that ever occured in this venue! The intensity of the epic Sugaree opener (16 minutes--zoiks!) carries through to Rooster and FOTD. Birdsong is killer as well. Great second set tunes include Sampson, To Lay Me Down, and a very nice GDTRFB. Awesome sound quality on this recording...

Subject: SBDs great, but this source puts you there!!
All the years I was waiting for the board of my first show to appear, I should have been looking for this. This is EXACTLY how it sounded. Get it.
